John has worked in all capacities of the mortgage business including loan origination, processing, pricing, and closings. With hands on experience in all aspects of both commercial and residential real estate, John is well versed in every component of the lending process and in many cases, is able to get even your most challenging customers financed.

John particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers and enjoys the challenge of structuring loans that other loan officers may find too cumbersome.

In addition to having his mortgage broker license, John also is a licensed Florida Real Etate Agent.

Prior to his career in real estate and mortgage brokering, John was a small business owner, building several companies from the ground up.
